Account access and the data available depend on the provider and the permissions granted.
Google and Meta account connections use the provider’s own sign-in and permission screens. Staff must have authority to connect the ministry account.
YouTube API Services support channel information and analytics for authorized channels. Google Sheets can supply a table from a range the staff member selects.
Source coverage, reporting delays and available history vary. A connected account does not guarantee every metric or complete historical data.
